The Palm Beach County Commission has spoken on the issue of roadside signs at gas stations. Those signs must make it clear when the advertised fuel price is available only to those who pay cash. But gas station owners in the county will have a one-year grace period to come into compliance. That means the county will start enforcement as of May 1st of next year. It carries a warning on first offense, but a 250-dollar-fine on the next one and 500 for repeated offenses.
