$1,000 Reward Offered in Missing School Nurse Case

Authorities are still searching for a 49-year-old school nurse who failed to show up for work at Bak Middle School of the Arts in West Palm Beach.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is offering up to a $1,000 reward for information about Kimberly Lindsey, who was last seen Sunday.

The Palm Beach Post reports Lindsey gave no indication on Sunday night that anything was wrong. Authorities say she sent her daughter a text message letting her know she'd returned to her home in Palm Beach Gardens after being out of town.

School officials reported her missing and deputies conducted a welfare check at her home. They found her vehicle, and personal items in the home.

Those close to Lindsey say not showing up for work is out of character.

Meanwhile, a Sheriff's dive team and K9 have shown up Lindsey's property.
